Township of Oro-Medonte Embraces Efficient Planning with Cloudpermit

Ontario’s Township of Oro-Medonte has embraced more efficient planning & development processes with its Cloudpermit partnership. Now, the beautiful community in Simcoe County can enjoy online application reviews.

Cloudpermit makes it easy to set regulatory processing timelines. Staff can determine how much time an authority user has before they need to decide on an application. They can also easily keep track of due dates, as well as see an overview of urgency and all deadlines.

Reporting is also simpler with online software. Cloudpermit enables staff to create reports, such as for payments and reviews on any mobile device. They can select and filter application categories, form fields, and optional fields, and download reports as an Excel or CSV file.
