Permitting

“There’s no way I could do this boom in development without this software. That’s a very strong statement, and that’s just the truth because there’s no way I could keep up with this.”

Kevin Standridge, Chief Building Official for the City of Madisonville, Tennessee

We thought it was very fairly priced. As a small town, we have to be pretty conscious of budgeting and what we have funding for. We were actually pleasantly surprised about the price after the first demo, just with the ease of use of it and the ability to collaborate.”

Jamie Gillespie, Director of Planning & Community Development for the Town of Altavista, Virginia

“Roofing contractors really like it because if the roof is in bad shape, they’ll ask how long it takes to approve the permit — four or five days? Nope. I can usually get it done the day they send it in.”

Darin Wilson, Planning and Zoning Administrator for the City of Garnett, Kansas

“I’ve never, ever, ever had a sales team promise me something and then the actual product be exactly what I was told I was getting. That’s a huge thing. You never see a product that’s exactly what it says on the box. This one is.”

Victor Mazza, Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Searsport, Maine

“Cloudpermit has truly streamlined our permit process. Upgrading from on-premises software to the cloud has been like going from a horse to a sports car. Everything is so much easier now.”

Britt Waite, Building & Planning Department Clerk/STR Compliance Monitor for the Town of North Elba, New York
