Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, ON, Selects Cloudpermit for Online Planning Processes

Ontario’s Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen in Peterborough County chose Cloudpermit for simple and online planning processes. Now, the beautiful and quaint Township will be able to receive and issue planning applications without any paper to serve its community.

Planning and development departments can keep track of their meetings, manage pre-consultation requests, and review past, upcoming, and proposed meetings on any mobile device. Staff can generate downloadable meeting packages that include relevant documents and agendas to prepare for meetings and keep them organized.

Cloudpermit is also helpful for ensuring proper public notice can be given to citizens in the designated areas. Staff can generate an automated list of property owners within the required public notice radius to help measure public opinion.
