City of Brantford, ON, Selects Cloudpermit for Online Building Permits

The City of Brantford, Ontario, has selected the software company, Cloudpermit, to simplify its building permits. The City has a population of over 100,000 residents and is the hometown of a world-famous hockey player, Wayne Gretzky. It is also home to the Grand River, a designated Canadian Heritage River, that runs through the City.

Cloudpermit simplifies the building permit process for dozens of local governments across Ontario. Staff benefit from online, accessible, and intuitive software that gives all users an opportunity to be more efficient.

The software also gives staff and residents alike better insight into the process itself. Users receive notifications when the status of their building permit changes, can ask questions online, and see exactly what is needed from them to continue to the next step.
