Brockville Teams Up with Cloudpermit for Digital By-Law Enforcement

The City of Brockville in Ontario has chosen Cloudpermit for digital by-law enforcement. The City of 1000 Islands will enjoy seamless by-law enforcement for simpler community development.

Cloudpermit allows by-law enforcement departments to accept complaints from citizens and determine what contact information is needed from them before their complaint can be submitted. Staff can read, filter, and organize complaints online, which makes it easier and faster to find relevant information.

They can upload and store photos, pull information on property owners, and search past building permits to learn what they need to know in one digital place. This makes by-law enforcement more efficient and enables staff to work more collaboratively with each other in real-time.
