Building Permits Move Online in the Village of Northfield, Ohio

The Village of Northfield, Ohio, recently launched Cloudpermit’s building permitting software solution. The Village in Summit County is charming and will enjoy a simplified building permit process.

Cloudpermit enables local government staff to easily track building permits and inspections. Staff can filter building permits by property, property owner, and property identification number. They can also track, monitor, and receive building permit and inspections status updates online.

The online community development software also makes online payment possible. Citizens can pay for their permit with a credit card and receive notifications when a payment is due. Building permits can be issued as soon as the respective payment has been processed.
