We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in Virginia who will lead in providing exceptional support to the organization through building the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform and all integrated systems. The successful candidate will have an essential role in supporting and developing the Cloudpermit customer journey together with sales and marketing to help create world-class user journey processes in North America.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Cloudpermit, North America, Jarkko Turtiainen.  

 

Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:  

  • Acts as a functional lead for Salesforce, Pardot, and other third-party integrated systems for all customization, data management, and business processes
  • Execute all day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshoot issues
  • Full data ownership and quality control running deduplication, adoption, data quality tools, and utilization reports
  • Manage and setup all user roles, profiles, hierarchies, sharing rules, security levels, and reassign records as required  
  • Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support to all users as needed
  • Document processes, including error reports and filed history table changes
  • Build and consistently optimize custom dashboards and reporting for all departments ensuring accuracy
  • Conduct regular process analysis and propose improvements for Cloudpermit that will leverage Salesforce functionality

Salesforce Administrator Qualifications, Skills, and Past Experience  

  • Salesforce certification required (ADM 201 certification)
  • 3-5 years of related experience, including Salesforce, Pardot (or other MAS) experience
  • Experience developing custom code (e.g., using JavaScript) to supplement tools, and HTML and CSS knowledge is good to have
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to map, interpret, and optimize individual steps in the customer journey process
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support  
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and communications skills are vital, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is an advantage
