Email Campaign Specialist
Cloudpermit is hiring a skilled Email Campaign Specialist to create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and hands-on experience with email marketing and workflow automation who is excited to join a fast-growing, high-tech company with strong opportunities for professional growth and development.
This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and plays a key role in supporting Cloudpermit’s marketing by delivering engaging, data-driven emails to prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deploy marketing email campaigns using HubSpot
- Segment contact lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication
- Maintain high standards for email quality, accuracy, and deliverability
- Use A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analytics and reporting
- Optimize email templates for engagement, usability, and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Maintain and update marketing contact databases within HubSpot
Qualifications, Skills, & Past Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with HTML email templates is a plus
