Town of Lincoln, ON, Selects Cloudpermit for Simple Building Permits

The Town of Lincoln in Ontario selected Cloudpermit for simple building permits. Soon, the Town known for its vineyards and wineries will provide its public of over 20,000 residents with cloud-based building permits.

Cloudpermit offers configurable building permitting software. Staff can select application and permits types from a pre-configured structure, as well as define additional required phases, such as inspections. They can also manage requirements, including forms, drawings, reviews, and inspections for each application type.

Staff can also build and modify document templates for their needs. So, they can use templates to create permits, certificates, reports, and other documents in a PDF format. This cuts down on administrative work and speeds up timelines for improved efficiency.
