Town of Aberdeen, NC, Streamlines Code Enforcement with Cloudpermit

North Carolina’s Town of Aberdeen has partnered with Cloudpermit for streamlined code enforcement. The just under 10,000 residents that live in this beautiful town can soon benefit from submitting complaints online for improved transparency in the code enforcement process.

Code enforcement staff can add multiple violations to one case, track the resolution of violations, and pull information on property owners all in one place. It’s helpful for inspectors that they can upload photos and attach them to cases.

Since staff can view case history in chronological order and view past building permits on a property, they are able to view the big picture. Online data gives governments better insight into their communities.
