Meaford, ON, Goes Live with Cloudpermit’s Building Permitting Software

Cloudpermit and the Municipality of Meaford, Ontario, are partners. Meaford has launched online building permitting for a faster and easier building permitting process. The four-season destination on Georgian Bay of more than 10,000 residents will benefit from remote access to new projects.

Cloudpermit allows users to apply for a building permit from any mobile device. Applicants can submit applications without needing to travel to the government office or print any files. Online work helps cut down on costs for residents since they do not need to travel anywhere or print any files.

Unlike some other systems, an application can be accessed as many times as needed as information automatically saves in real-time in Cloudpermit. This makes it helpful for applicants who may lose network connectivity or need to go back to their application.
