North Carolina’s Town of Benson has partnered with Cloudpermit to simplify its building permits. The small town in Johnston County will benefit from an online and modernized system that its over 3,000 citizens can use to apply for building permits with ease.

Cloudpermit’s Building Permitting Software Solution allows local governments to offer its communities the ability to serve themselves. Residents can submit building permit applications, schedule building inspections, and pay fees online without needing to make a phone call or send an email. This makes the building permitting process easier and more efficient for both government staff and applicants.

Efficiency is also improved for staff since they can configure the community development software to meet their needs. They can use templates to create permits, reports, certificates, and other documents in PDF format.
