The City of Woodstock Transforms Building Permitting with Cloudpermit

The City of Woodstock in Ontario transformed the building permitting process with its partnership with online community development software, Cloudpermit. The City in Southwestern Ontario along the Thames River will enjoy simplified permitting with 24/7/365 access to their information.

With Cloudpermit, local governments can use software that is configured to meet their needs. The onboarding process is smooth for department staff as they are matched with an Implementation Specialist for optimized training.

In these meetings, staff can learn how to use the software and make sure it’s configured to their specific goals. After training, departments continue having access to a unique training environment. This is especially helpful when or if new staff are added to the team so they can learn how to use Cloudpermit without impacting the real-time software and data.
