City of Ashtabula, OH, Selects Cloudpermit for Building Permitting Software

The City of Ashtabula has selected Cloudpermit for its online building permitting software. The City is named after the Ashtabula River, the “River of many fish”, and is located on Lake Erie’s coastline. Soon, Ashtabula’s over 17,000 residents can enjoy online building permitting.

Cloudpermit simplifies and modernizes building inspections. Building inspectors can start and finish building inspections in the field without needing to reinput the same notes back at the office. All inspection data can be stored and accessed in the software.

Data becomes more accessible when it is stored online. Users can access their information from any mobile device, ask questions, and receive their building permits online. This helps reduce back-and-forth communication since residents can stay up to date on their building permits and inspections from home.
