Celebrating a Big Year for Cloudpermit: Our 2025 in Review

As 2025 draws to a close, the team at Cloudpermit is looking ahead to an even bigger and better new year for the hundreds of local governments we proudly serve.

This year was a big one for Cloudpermit as we enhanced our suite of software for local governments, added new modules, and brought new municipalities into our platform.

While a lot of things have changed, our commitment to offering the best community development and public works software, purpose-built to meet the needs of towns and cities of all sizes, remains the same.

Here are some highlights from our year as we look ahead to a strong start in 2026.

Adding New Products

This year saw the launch of our new, exciting Property Data Management tool, giving municipalities greater control over their local information than ever before.

This new offering is built to streamline workflows and make managing property records easier than ever, with powerful new features that allow towns and cities to:

• Seamlessly combine GIS data with local information
• Enable advanced property search and mapping functionality
• Improve property attribute configuration and editing
• Manage attachments on property records

Expanding Our Public Works Software

Public works plays a vital role in community safety, and we worked throughout the year to enhance our public works software to deliver even more value to local professionals.

We’ve added more features to our digital tools for public works permitting and work orders, giving departments new ways to do their important work.

We’ll continue enhancing our platform to further connect public works with community development in the new year.

In 2025, we added Bluebeam to our best-in-class integration options. That means you can get your job done how and when you want.

Meeting the Professionals We Serve

In 2025, Cloudpermit exhibited at 31 conferences and trade shows, meeting local government professionals in 16 states and two Canadian provinces.

These events helped us connect with hundreds of officials and staff who oversee building, code enforcement, inspections, planning, licensing, and public works — sparking meaningful conversations and building new relationships across North America.

Getting the Employees Together

Our employees work across North America, so we take the time each summer to gather in person for fun, entertainment, and a chance to learn about the latest issues and trends facing the local governments we serve.

In early July, we all met up in Fort Worth, Texas, for our annual North American Kickoff. Over the course of three days, we toured the historic Stockyards, saw the John Wayne Museum, ate some good barbecue, and visited the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium.

We also reconnected and returned home refreshed and ready to do even more for our municipal customers.

Emphasizing Our Commitment to Canada

We’re proud to be a top choice for community development software in municipalities of all sizes. We continued to expand our work with local governments in 2025, bringing in more than 100 new municipalities across Canada to our platform.
