Building Officials’ Association of B.C. 2025 Conference
Sunday, May 11 - Wednesday, May 14
The next BOABC Conference is right around the corner — May 11-14 at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, British Columbia. Mental health advocate and former NHL goaltender Corey Hirsch will be this year’s keynote speaker.
The annual conference brings together more than 200 building and plumbing officials, government staff, engineers, architects, software partners, and more. We’ll see you there!
2025 Association of Municipalities of Ontario Conference
Sunday, August 17 - Wednesday, August 20
The annual AMO Conference at the Rogers Centre and Westin Hotel in Ottawa is a highlight of the summer. This year’s event will feature a keynote by political journalist Andrew Coyne about the past year’s changes to the provincial, national, and international political landscape and what it means for local communities.
Each year, the AMO conference draws close to 3,000 delegates from the 444 municipalities across Ontario.
2025 Ontario Building Officials Association Annual Meeting
Sunday, September 28 - Wednesday, October 1
OBOA’s 69th Annual Meeting Training Sessions draw more than 600 building officials and construction industry professionals for education, exhibitions, and networking.
This year’s event is happening September 28 through October 1 at the Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. Dr. Hayley Wickenheiser, a four-time Olympic gold medalist and member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, is the keynote speaker.
