Marketing Campaign Specialist
Cloudpermit is hiring a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to help us create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and events. The successful candidate will make annual campaign plans that help us target and market our key customer profiles in local government. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and execute high-performing marketing campaigns to drive recurring revenue growth through channels such as email, social media, and events like webinars and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on campaign strategies, budgeting, and long-term event roadmap.
- Develop innovative approaches to engage prospective customers, incorporating a test-and-learn mindset.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, including sales funnel metrics, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to build persona-based buyer journeys and ensure consistent, effective messaging to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications, Skills, and Past Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management, ideally in a B2B or GovTech environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to ask engaging discovery questions.
- Creative, adaptable, and flexible, thriving in environments requiring frequent direction shifts.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Office 365, Canva, and campaign optimization.
- Achievement-oriented and willing to take on challenges.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
