We are looking for a New Revenue Marketing Manager based in Toronto to run and execute daily marketing operations in North America. The main focus will be to generate leads and develop our lead generation engine. The New Revenue Marketing Manager will help create and implement marketing plans and strategies that effectively communicate and competitively position our unique value proposition in the market.

The New Revenue Marketing Manager will understand how to successfully bring GovTech products to market through detailed marketing strategies, able to self-manage, and execute tasks that contribute to the broader sales strategy.

The successful candidate will be eager to learn about the GovTech space, the sales channels used in this space, and have a thorough understanding of the Canadian and American market and/or SaaS marketing. The New Revenue Marketing Manager will be a proud ambassador of our global brand and help build brand awareness across North America by marketing to our niche audiences.

NewRevenue Marketing Manager Responsibilities

·      Daily operational work and local marketing campaign management

·      Provide quality leads for the sales team and provide sales support

·      Create and implement industry-leading and high-growth marketing campaigns, local marketing strategies, and generate leads to encourage growth across North America

·      Find new, innovative ways to reach our target groups by building nationwide brand awareness

·      Ensure high-quality content and engaging campaigns are delivered and targeted toward our audiences

·      Work alongside the global marketing team (Finland and Canada) to support growth in North America by producing compelling and effective marketing collateral

·      Lead and build our North American marketing team

·      Set goals, direction, and lead day-to-day priorities, workflow, and quality for the marketing team

·      Create and manage the tracking and evaluation of marketing effectiveness, budgets, and forecasts

·      Optimize and test campaign engagement and results based on data

·      Build and execute a marketing machine that drive stop-of-funnel growth

·      Work closely with the North American Cloudpermit team, North American sales teams, and the product team to understand our product, target groups, and regional marketing needs

·      Ensure all Cloudpermit collateral follows brand guidelines and has unified key messages across all platforms

·      Drive new product launches and product innovation insight

·      Manage local marketing partner relations

The New Revenue Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Cloudpermit, North America, Jarkko Turtiainen.

New Revenue Marketing Manager Qualifications

·      4+ years of experience in lead generation/new revenue/top-of-funnel marketing, preferably in a start-up environment, customer-centric, B2G, or tech organization

·      2+ years of people management experience

·      4+ years of experience with Pardot or a similar platform

·      Extensive marketing experience and knowledge of current marketing methods and tools/channels

·      Proven track record of successful North American marketing campaigns

·      Proficiency in paid channel and content marketing tools

·      Ability to examine data and quickly establish highest-value priorities and develop strategies to pursue them

·      Proficiency in paid channel and content marketing tools

·      Project management and cross-functional/regional collaboration experience

·      Motivated to execute self-driven work with a passion for following and learning from metrics to surpass targets

·      World-class brand and omni-channel marketing skills

·      Happy to work as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills

·      Detail-oriented and resourceful problem-solver

·      Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·      Self-sufficient, driven, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

·      Highly organized, skilled at managing a varied workload and tracking progress, hands-on operator, and fast learner
