The Township of Bonnechere Valley in eastern Ontario has chosen Cloudpermit for its online building permits. Soon, residents can submit building permit applications online and communicate with the Township’s staff through the software.
Cloudpermit is configurable software, not customizable. Government staff do not require any coding knowledge or experience to use the system. It is user-friendly and accessible on any mobile device without any downloads or installations. Users can log into their account wherever and whenever it suits them best.
Government staff are matched with their own Implementation Specialist for training and to configure the software to meet their needs. There are how-to guides on how to use Cloudpermit and support resources for additional support.
