April is National County Government Month (NCGM) hosted by the National Association of Counties (NACo). It’s a time to celebrate and appreciate the hard-working individuals in counties nationwide.
Here at Cloudpermit, we engage with counties daily and witness their dedication to their communities. We’re grateful for the efforts of these individuals and value the chance to acknowledge their hard work.
An important component of NCGM is highlighting county initiatives and programs to enhance public awareness of community services.
NACo also has a main initiative, and this year’s theme is ForwardTogether. It focuses on three pillars: connect, inspire, and lead, as seen below from the NACo website.
At Cloudpermit, these pillars strongly align with our company values of focus, collaborate, and respect.
Aligning our values with the ForwardTogether initiative underscores our commitment to supporting county governments in their mission to serve their communities effectively.
We are focused on our passion, work ethic, and goals. By valuing focus, we can continue to push forward and create innovative software.
Prioritizing focus enables our team to develop tailored community development solutions that address the specific needs of county governments.
We work and succeed as a team at Cloudpermit because we’re stronger together. We accept each other’s strengths and learn from one another to improve.
By regularly collaborating with county officials and staff, we learn new ways to improve our code enforcement software for public services.
We value respect for one another and our customers. We trust our team to do great work and stay open to new ideas.
We have great mutual respect with our county partners as we work together to achieve shared community development goals.
This month, we will also take extra care to incorporate ForwardTogether’s main pillars of connect, inspire, and lead into our daily practices.
We will connect with our county customers on issues that matter to them, learn from them to become inspired, and lead new software changes to help our counties better serve their communities.
